Importing an Existing Wallet
Follow instructions to locate your Private Key (e.g., via Phantom or MetaMask). Only you should know your private key.
Enter your wallet’s private key and assign a name before hitting Import.
When Importing a Wallet using a private key in Dexegen, your security is our priority:
Private Key Encryption: Once you import an external wallet with a private key, it's encrypted using the password (or passkey) you set. This encryption ensures that your private key is never stored in a way that Dexegen can access.
Turnkey Infrastructure: Dexegen leverages Turnkey's private key infrastructure, developed by Coinbase's custody team, for robust security. This infrastructure ensures that private keys are managed in a way that keeps them secure and inaccessible to Dexegen or its team.
Important: Exporting the private key exposes your wallet's full control. Only export to trusted environments and never share your key publicly.
