🟢Security
At Dexegen, we prioritize both robust security and seamless trading experience.
Dexegen wallets are fully non-custodial, protected by Turnkey's advanced infrastructure for managing private keys across multiple blockchains. The air-gapped architecture provides comprehensive security and safeguards against potential threats.
Our platform implements 2FA combined with private key encryption using user-created passwords (our team has zero access to private keys, unlike automated bots). Your password serves more than just login — it becomes essential for protecting your funds.
How it works:
Private Key Encryption
When you import a wallet with a private key, it's encrypted using the password you set. This encryption ensures that your private key is never stored in a way that Dexegen can access. Even if someone gains access to your account, they can't trade or move funds without your password.
Turnkey Infrastructure
We use Turnkey — a secure private key infrastructure developed by Coinbase's custody team — to manage keys safely and prevent unauthorized access. This infrastructure ensures that private keys are managed in a way that keeps them secure and inaccessible to Dexegen or its team.
Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Dexegen implements comprehensive 2FA with multiple methods: TOTP (Google Authenticator), Email verification, and Wallet signatures. All sensitive operations require 2FA verification, including withdrawals, trading, and account changes.
Session Management
Our session-based authentication system provides granular control over user sessions. Each session is tracked in Redis with metadata including IP address, device fingerprint, and location. Users can view active sessions and revoke suspicious ones instantly.
Trading Security
Advanced trading protections include MEV protection, customizable slippage settings, and priority fee management. All transactions are signed client-side and verified on-chain.
Multi-Authentication Support
Users can authenticate through multiple methods: Telegram WebApp, Email+Password, Google OAuth, and Wallet signatures. Each method is independently verified and can be combined for enhanced security.
Your password serves as an additional security barrier and personalized 2FA specifically for your private keys. It encrypts your private key access, meaning that even with account compromise, no one can trade or transfer funds without your password. The password alone is insufficient — authentication must also be active.
Dexegen doesn't store or maintain access to your password. Your funds remain secure — even from our own team.
